the important thing to remember here is the huge potential.. duvernay was just taken out at about $12,000 per acre. Bc is setting land sales records and tops acerage is getting around $13,000 per acre... barnett is over $20,000 per acre in the sweet spots. a lot more work has been done on the montney and horn river shales. But at current prices of jag and all the land price per acre is around 10 bucks.. dirt cheap. IMO.
