land prices

well pretty dead here.. stock seems cheap to me but maybe i have missed something. the do have shale on the lac property and if they can prove up some shale in the south the land would be very cheap.. even if the land goes for 1000/acre this stock is very undervalued.. marcellus shale goes for around 2000/acre and barnett and montney over 10k.. Guess it is just a bit early here, but it seems pretty advantage to find gas close to the market
