RE: Shorts are not happy on Sunday morningwould not be too worried.. oilexco has too much debt 625 million or so, and are committted to a capital program for 300 million or so.(not sure about that one).  Anyone buying will have to pay that, and at 40 buck oil the north sea is an expensive place to operate...
