Things are changing in the mining game in Indonesia the new mining law still as to be ratified by Parliament.

 The local Governments have a bigger say in the way things are done these days in their own Regency and the local BUPA is very much for the development  of the mine, which bringing with it lot of work and prosperity to the area.

Meetings are well advance at the ministerial level in changing the forestry law the local partner is a driving force behind this and a good partner for Intrepid.

I hope that we want get to many bashers on this board to scare away investor from a very attractive project in Indonesia I would name it classy. Management are positive and committed to giving it every chance of making it an outstanding mine.

Look what SA went thought but they stuck to rules and will be a top class mining company and very close to starting things rolling again. We are very not that far from them so it’s going to be interesting to see how these two outstanding companies will develop these big projects
