SVC value

SVC valueGood day,
Just wondering what the longs have to say about this co.

Found this stock on the Scotia Mcleod site, it is rated outperform with a target of $2.50.  I wish I would have found it a little sooner, but ......

According to stockhouse financials it has no long term debt and is trading close to book value.

Any idea what the short term debt agreement looks like?  When payment is due?  How much is left on credit facility?  Any credit concerns?

What is the market sentiment on this stock?  Looks like it has some pretty wild price swings.

I like the recent share buyback announcement, as long as they follow through.

I'm not familiar with this market, so how does a co. like NT go broke, while this co. seems to be finding it's stride?

Anyway, just curious about the sentiment on this co., any comments are appreciated.
