The company has NO LAWSUITS at all (check the filings), and isn't going anywhere. And between upcoming production, the sale of Erbaohuo, and/or cash they could easily raise given the Dadi discovery, money is not going to be an issue in the slightest.
Moreover, to say SDRG is 'paying itself lavishly', etc., is comical. Marc not only has for large periods taken no salary at all, but he has loaned millions to the money himself and bought PPs at $1.00 when the stock was 30% lower.
It is pathetic listening to these LIARS make up B.S. about SDRG, which is being run smoothly and professionally and meeting all its obligations.
When I get around to it, I'm going to lodge complaints with Stockhouse about slander and defamation from these two creeps.
