Deal or No-Deal? SHRPP tailoring?

Deal or No-Deal? SHRPP tailoring?Pretty much any deal is a good deal if your investment goal is short-term.  Grafton will be sorry they didn't wait, but they could see that it was all going to be delayed, I guess, and that they could make hay elsewhere.  Certainly they have better DD than any of us did (at least up to this point).  Hopefully the company buying through TD today  has good DD too.  Maybe Grafton bought ANO - they were smart enough to buy MNR at one point.  We'll see how smart we all are, I Guest.

I think the likelihood of a hostile takeover must be low, or mgmt would have instituted a Shareholder Rights Protection Plan by now (not really worth expending capital or even Capitals on, I know).  Let's keep hoping that PG pulls Turkish Delight out of his Jermyn-Street-tailored pockets.  Or investors will be Pistachio'd.  p
