Thanks, mack.  It's pretty hard to believe that a disappointing PEA and the failure to secure a JV aren't already built into the s/p.  The indicated and inferred is still valued at $5/oz. and Eric Reguly did say that no buyer of a junior values the play on an RC or PEA, but adds on blue-sky potential.
I'd venture to say that there is almost a sort of negative speculation at play with MNR borne of a couple of factors, that perhaps provides opportunity to purchase more for those with balls of steel and a devotion to the play that approaches fanatacism.
An increase in the s/v will precede any NR, imo.   Perhaps that is what some investors are waiting for, willing to give up an extra nickel for two bits (or dare I say, 4 ?)  p.
