I'm inI have been watching this one for over a year, and it's time to buy.

Excellent takeover target, great drilling success, operates lean, 3.5% divi, estimated cold winter coming.

Scotia has a one year price target of 15.75.

Long's are probably a little tired of spining their wheels, but hang in there.
