The Company is failing because it has not been able to raise money, period.
I've waited for a long time, and assumed that the strong silver price, great properties, and management/BOD additions would enable them to raise money, but for whatever reason (you pick), they have not been able to do so.
Incredibly dissapointing.
The CLM news was what started the beginning of the end, and I fear these lawsuits will be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
We can only hope he finds a way to bring financing into the company, but I am not optimistic. I have lost just as much money as the next guy on this stock, and thus am very dissapointed by this turn of events.
