Bully for you, Dr. Guest! Fair's fair.

Bully for you, Dr. Guest! Fair's fair.My guess is that this NR is some sort of defensive tactic to do with public disclosure. Mgmt may have got wind that  word had leaked out that something (anything) was afoot, and, because there *is* something afoot, mgmt may have had to say something so all investors have the info in a timely manner, however preliminary or premature or unwelcome it is at this time.  all jmho.
No point crying over spilt milk, but wouldn't it have been more effective to have put the asset up for sale publicly before now?  It might be premature to have done so without a PEA, as the value will, presumably, increase at that juncture.  But it would have saved MNR a small fortune in not having to have played footsie with some Big Fat Anonymous Non-serious Turkish Suitor.  Given that MNR mgmt is, fortunately, not prepared to just give the asset away (as MNR's engagement with The Turk seems to have proved), or to not be bullied into a less-than-optimal arrangement,  let's hope that Dr. Guest will continue to push for fair value for investors.  Fair's fair.  Bully!  Bully!
