RE: Once again

RE: Once againI disagree with your statements “Axia can't win a bid”, “shareholders continue to get the shaft”, and that the company is a “flop”. In the last month they have announced new projects in Corsica, Massachusetts, and some additional work in France. They probably aren't as lucrative as we would like, and will take time (and money) to develop, but they represent new business nonetheless.

I have a “five year plan” with this stock, and I am just starting year three of my investment. I didn't see this as a stock that would set the world on fire immediately, but more as “slow and steady wins the race”. Having had quite a bit of money in no return money market funds, I thought why not park some of that money here, as the risk here seems pretty minimal. I still feel that way, and although I am currently disappointed in the profit margins in France, I feel they will improve over time as their network sees more traffic. Singapore will probably prove the same way, as these networks take time to build and time to grow.

I will probably feel differently if we are stuck at the same profit margins by the end of 2013, but the current $1.70 a share (IMO) means the downside risk is pretty minimal. And if everything turns out, the upside could be pretty substantial. (A “four bagger” by the end of 2013 seems very reasonable). That's my story, at least for now.
