MMTE acquires 1900 hectares in Salar de PujsaMore land acquistions announced on June 28th 2011.


Mammoth Energy Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MMTE), a lithium and alternative energy mining company, announcedtoday that its wholly owned subsidiary Compania Lithium InvestmentsLimitada of Chile has acquired seven concessions for a total of 4695acres (1900 hectares) of lithium concessions located in the Salar dePujsa. With this additional acquisition Mammoth Energy Group hasacquired more than thirteen thousand (13,000) acres of salar explorationrights in Chile.

Mammoth Energy Group's Compania Lithium Investments Limitada has alreadyacquired an initial thirteen lithium concessions for a total of 8649acres (3500 Hectares) in the southern section of the Salar de Maricungabasin located in the province of Copiapo, Chile. The companyis currently in acquisition mode and Compania Lithium InvestmentsLimitada was created to acquire, develop and explore lithium and miningassets in Chile on behalf of Mammoth Energy Group Inc.

"This acquisition solidifies our commitment to moving forward and wewill be continuing our acquisition hunt and looking for the rightstrategic partners on additional lithium assets," said WilliamLieberman, President of Mammoth Energy Group.

The Salar de Pujsa is located in the north east corner of Chile, closeto the borders of both Boliva and Argentina, approximately thirty-fivemiles away from the Salar de Atacama, Chile's largest mined lithiumreserve.

The company expects to have all information related to all of its acquisitions on its website in a timely manner.
