If I'm wrong you should call either TORC or the ERCB and tell them they made a mistake. Haha. Although I am not a geologist or geophysicist I can read and according to the Alberta Geological Survey the Exshaw( Bakken) formation can be found on top of the Big Valley formation all over Alberta extending into Northeast BC. So although this well would not be in the conventionally imagined Alberta Bakken area as it is north of the Vulcan Low it can still target the same geological formations. I don't work for TORC and probably this has nothing to do with the Alberta Bakken and instead is a pure shot at the Big Valley but either way it is interesting, I thought anyways.
