RE: has ZED ever done reverse split? You may be thinking of my recommendation made on 7/6/2011 post #29943157...consolidating alone may not fly if it is not accompanied by also listing Zedi on an American exchange or The TSE.
Pros of Consolidation,
May meet more institional investors' radars.
Cons,
Initially at least, the stock price tends to go down after consolidation mostly because of investor Psychological reasons.
But hey, I am in no hurry, I am accumulating for now, Zedi has a lot of smart people with proactive thinking!
