RE: Class action against directors It doesn't cost anything for a class action lawyer if they are one of the larger ones. You don't do much other than get it going -contact them, tell them what happened etc. The problem is it has to be worth their while.
We got ripped - CCM had insiders at blutip that caused the default, then CCM capitalized on on the default.
