First of all, it is not the same number of shares - it is 50 million more. Secondly, how do you know that the next financing will be in a years time? Are you privilege to some information that the rest of us don't have? Thirdly, why couldn't they have waited for more drill results and financed at a higher price - are they worried about the drilling risk?
