RE: TEM ISSUES SINKING MORE I share your feeling of cynicism. The blurbs say development and exploration is in the hands of highly skilled and successful people with 25 years experience in Africa - very true and they are all citizens of Tanzania who have been mining on the property for at least twenty five years - some doing very nicely thank you or they would not still be there. Now the locals have found gold right outside their village so we drill a hole underneath - this hardly calls for technical insight. Over twenty years ago, drilling established that gold in the Bulyanhulu structure died several kms short of our shared boundary so extensions hardly constitute an exploration target of much merit. Our gold is in e-w veins but management seems intent on trying to bend them to match the Buly trend. We need site management which includes having the boss live on the property much of the time so he can meet the locals and learn whatever language they speak, buy them beer etc and walk around on the ground. Hauling hired hands in from South Africa to log the drill holes while pres lives 500 kms away does not strike me as the way to manage for success. It is time someone got dirty hands and sweaty feet on a regular basis.
