RE: RE: Looks like a good quarter

RE: RE: Looks like a good quarter

The one negative with the latest report was the lack of buying by the company. They only purchased 2,000 shares last quarter so in a sense the buyback has stopped. Since there seems to be a general lack of interest in the stock it is easy to keep the share price down on very low volume. So without the buyback we could see some continued weakness, which can be frustrating. (Especially after a very good quarterly report). So although I am still very happy with the last report I continue to be very skeptical on the stock price. Even after the good earnings someone has decided to sell shares. I don't understand their current motivation for selling but after a couple of years of this I have stopped banging my head against the wall about it. But I do hope over the next year management will take actions to address (persistant and chronic) share price weakness (which does hold the company back). They stated that they are comfortable with the current projects they have "on their plate" and are not really looking for anything new. If that is true, and France does not take all the free cash, the best way to increase share price might be a dividend. But that is at least one year away, so until then I will probably continue to be a frustrated shareholder.
