Mr. Ecclestone is to be congratulated for making MNR attractive enough to attract an unsolicited offer.  Clearly his  reputation has enhanced  MNR.  Hopefully the share-price will also reflect increasing interest brought about by his labours on shareholders' behalf.  

I suspected that there was one buyer for millions of shares last year when the s/p was in the teens.  Is MNR's mkt  cap  worth $20 million?  (14 cents/share)?  Will that satisfy the big shareholders and other longs who hold large swaths of shares?  For us little guys, it's a wait-and-watch proposition.
