Yup!  My thoughts exactly when I read about that acquisition.  It's amazing what companies will pay for content... and to keep their competition from getting it.  
 
DHX is in content puberty right now.  Give her time to grow into a woman and she'll have plenty of great suitors.  Let's just hope she doesn't settle for a sh*t one before she fully blossoms.
