RE:buy out coming

RE:buy out comingDid not know about this. https://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/44831/mediterranean-resources-up-after-unsolicited-bid-from-australian-explorer-44831.html -------------------- Mediterranean Resources (TSE:MNR) shares climbed on Monday after the junior explorer received an unsolicited takeover bid from an Australian-listed explorer, which according to the company has several exploration properties and cash. The said bidding entity has also mooted a financing to Mediterranean, the company said, of $250,000 in the short term, in either the form of a loan or equity. Mediterannean, which announced last week the purchase of two past-producing antimony mines in Spain, said that its board is taking this proposal into consideration in light of other alternatives that have "appeared in recent weeks". "Production is king in this market," chief executive Chris Ecclestone stressed in a recent interview with Proactive Investors last week. The company said it was looking to build on the two antimony assets in Spain, pursuing opportunities in Turkey, the Balkans and the Iberian Peninsula. ------------------- Only makes this story even better !!!
