BankruptcyI just wish they can file for bankruptcy after the sales process so that those laidoff workers can apply for payment from federal govt. WEPP program. I Heard that the money raised through sales will be just enough to cover the financing(DIP) done during last year. Another reason to show how the CRO & syndicate made millions without bringing any benefit to the stakeholders since last year!!!!
