Bitgold Accounts. Perhaps someone on the board can explain to me why a person cannot open an account with this company unless you have a mobile phone with all the new capabilities on it. I tried unsuccessfuly 3 times giving my cell phone number and they just reply, is this a mobile phone. I have a very basic cell phone with large numbers and loud ring to assist my hearing and sight as i am 73 and lacling in those areas. I called support and they said it was mandantory to have this type they say to confirm my identity.I asked could i not just fax them proof of my identity and i cannot. I,m not sure what their agenda is because i do not accept the fact that it has to be a type of phone i do not own. I have several thousand shares of this company, but now they have me on edge as i cannot help but think how many other people cannot get an account because of this.
If anyone has an explanation, i would be thankfull to hear it.
