   Deciision time has finally arrived.   KCK meeting Nov.30th, to determine takeover outcome which is hmmm,  probably reasonable considering the extremely low oil& gas pricing.

 (  Over $ 3.00 / share DCK  in  conversion to  KCK  =  a loss situation )
