RE:mkt seems to like redemption of preferreds

I'm thinking with the $900 million or whatever it was from the sale of their US properies, they're just retiring the debt. Should add nicely to their long term bottom line. A really well company and a great long term hold. Great divy too that they increase regularly. A smart move too to starts building condo towers to support their malls.
