RE:RE:RE:oil up 6.6%yo bud - since you are so good at valuations, find comparable companies (same reserve, production) and look at their debt size. plus oil went from 27 to 41 in 2 months. what do you think oil price is in june or july. all the investment banks revised their oil price estimate. 

why do u think they have 6 offers. PRE management wants their options and job. anyone else who buys it will show them the door. everyone knows what is going on here. u think building a e&p with 100K boe is easy. 

short all u want, but this will go to whoever has the most connection within colombian or venezuelan govt.
