and silver.  He has deep experience here.

His experience in green energy is shallow.

Please understand that I think that Rick should be free to chatter on
about anything he wishes.  But what he and other experts say ain't necessarily
true.  It may or may not.
In this case, there may be some truth in what he speculates.  However, the main
cause is incompetent AXY management.  The hard evidence is all there in the
