It depends on what the accounting was for the court case.  If there was an accrued liability and cost which will be reversed, if there was a cash reserve which could be freed up or not...or redirected...I do not recall seeing the accounting for the Iceland subsidiary...

This could be an interesting quarter; I would also like to see the new projects and pipeline announcements.  

I would also like to know if we still on "target" from a year ago (the forecast they released), if so, from just that the stock should be much higher!
