We all know that Iceland has the best geothermal potential in the world.  

That backdrop may be a good thing or maybe not.  If the Icelandic government force the electricity plants to sell below cost then the business is not a good one.  If the government will not allow the profits to leave the country then what is the point?  If you can never ever sell the business and take the money except to a pension fund in Iceland and if politician fix the price then ??

Facts about a great resource are usually beneficial.  But not with Alterra in Iceland.  This could be a trap for AXY.  They could invest lots of money only to be forced to earn no or little profit.

The new resource is still an early seedling.  I see it more as a trap than an opportunity.
Letter writers have one goal;  sell letters to subscribers.
The intrinsic value of a company is not so important so long as there are some mini-facts that can be hyped
