RE:RE:Announcement coming soon?Dividend announcements are usually announced a short while before the record date. They usually are done using a simple press release and tend to be rather predictable in their timing once the dividend cycle is set.
Some companies will announce the dividends in conjuction with earnings reports although that is not as common.
