Three months ago AXY celebrated a victory in the courts in Iceland and later they won a related court case in Canada.  There have been a big number of press releases over this time and of them painted a positive picture about future growth.  It was rosy rosy rosy.

In spite of this and in spite of a new dividend policy and in spite of a share roll-back to attract new funds and new individual investors the share price has returned to where it started from.

You may wonder why this is so?   Well, I am pleased to inform you that I can enlighten you.
The reason is that management has 6 years of broken promises as far as profitability goes. Smart investors see AXY management as being incompetent and they have zero credibility when they make predictions.  They are seen as a joke by many investors.  That is why the share price has not taken off.  Investors are saying "show me".  So far, AXY has only shown shoddy execution with respect to the financials. I suspect that their selling prices are too low to provide crumbs for investors but I cannot be certain that this is the problem.  What we all know is that there is a big problem with AXY execution.
