Have you done any research on prv.un? The Reit at IPO yielded basically 10%. The payout ratio is below 100% and decreasing. Beckerleg and Lawlor (management) own a huge chunk of the REIT and are proven managers (see history at Canmarc). The maritimes are a good market to be in right now. If you're shorting it and trying to sway people into selling, enjoying covering a 10% div and 5-10% capital appreciation.
