RE:RE:RE:Peak Establishes New Fintech Subsidiary in ChinaNot surprised by the news. BUT, the news does confirm that the fintech deal is DONE. The question is who is their partner? For me, it means that we do not have to wait 6 months or 1 year for the fintech deal to close. It should be really soon.

Why release this news on a Friday after the close instead of Monday morning?

The news release also states, "The company plans to provide an overview of ASDS's business and revenue model in the coming weeks and at the coming Global Chinese Financial Forum hosted by NAI Interactive Ltd., which will take place in Vancouver on April 22."

We should expect more news in the next few weeks. Update on fintech deal. Update on their revenue model. Update on their quarterly results. The next 2-3 months should be interesting.
