Oh, I don't disagree. They pooched that release too. But I'm also used to vetting copy. The fact that I didn't catch the discrepancy and/or wonder about the lack of PP&E costs is a bit disappointing. I think I focussed too much on their intangibles and made assumptions based on their partnerships (i.e. assuming processes were taking place at univerisities that are involved in their R&D).

The way they describe the mill's modular design makes me think that the design concept revolves around the idea that they could tear down and re-build on-site or anywhere there's space permitting. So setting up or moving their mill to/near an end-user facility, doesn't seem unreasonable to me if that's the idea.

However, at this point I must concede that the "modular design" could just be sketches on a napkin.
