I don't believe it has been lifted. It is indefinite pending th outcome of the investigation and/or trial if they determine an offense has been committed. The investigation may take awhile and if it's determined that an offence has occured, a trial maky take longer (Canada is much slower than the U.S. in that respect).

There should be a press relrease when the CTO against the insiders is lifted. It does not affect trading for the general public, but there is liaiblity risk for the company if the company ends up fined etc.
