It would be great to see management or board members (ex-Mr. Beaty) purchase shares at this price.  That could also indicate some positive indications and information...insider confidence!

Wishful thinking, but if they would have insider purchase forms filed the day before or of the annual shareholder meeting, which is probably the day of or before earnings release...

I agree with many sentiments of your last post, but its not just a Mr. Beaty issue, its an entire leadership issue; tides might be changing...
