i hope it s in play but doubtful given volume or lack of blocktrades, the 500 or so trade at 39 took a pressure seller out so for now this is merely a rebound from oversold and higher oil, what is different is that someone seems to care enough to pay and place a couple  of boneheads on this board, either part of a stockhouse promo package or sign of bigger campaign to come
