1.PKK issues warrants @ 5 cents at will.
2. Give millions of 5 cent warrants to Anonymous/TD.
3. Anonymous/TD execises those unlimited warrants
4. PKK gets the cash from the exercised warrant from anonymous/TD to keep the lights on
5. Anonymous makes a quick 10-20% profit doing this.
RINSE WASH REPEAT
Example:
PKK needs $50,000 to keep the lights on
PKK has anonymous/TD exercise 1,000,000 warrants @ 5 cents
PKK gets the $50,000 in the bank from anonymous/TD by exercising the 1,000,000 warrants
Anonymous/TD sells those 1,000,000 shares on the market between 5-6 cents!!!
WIN WIN for Anonymous/TD and PKK. PKK gets to keep the lights on and Anonymous/TD makes a quick buck from the retail suckers.
That is why you will never see Anonymous/TD sell shared below 5 cents.
