RE:RE:Market DeathSince January 2016, PKK has traded at $0.035 only 1 day (December 20th, 2016). 
I don't get it but there is something wrong with this stock.
I don;t know if it is toxic financing, Chinese selling, insiders selling, or what.
Doesn't look good.
Maybe a reverse split? China delay? This seems fishy to me.
