RE:Maricann Langton Tour TodayThank you kindly for your post NevadaKid. From what I hear the facality is top notch, so it is nice to hear it from another source as well. Personally, I see real value in investing in a company that has a goal to be an extremely low cost producer - natural gas cogenerator, collecting rain water, automation systemto reduce labour, extremely high RR insulation utilizing a hybird greenhouse, and all from a proven building design in a competiitve market.
I have a couple of questions if you can anwser them, if not I fully understand. Currently, they have one grow room operational from phase one, do you know when the second will operational? Also, did you happen to ask about yields per plant and are they attempting to get a little more per plant, or is about what they previously reported due the strains they are growing. I have a ton of more questions, but I know that you will not be able to talk about them, so I will not ask. Thank you again for your post and have a great weekend.

I was tired of all the Bull*** Thats been spreading around the boards plus lack of investor news. Some of it made me a little edgy. I was granted a tour today. My 34 year old son accompannied me. Some information I am allowed to make public since I am a sizeable investor. And some I am not, sorry.
I can tell you all this, I was extremely Impressed. The planting that was done in April was just harvested.YES harvested, The grow room was being cleaned and washed and getting ready for the next batch of crop as I stood there and watched. I was told that the expexted completion date of Phase 1 is August 31st. That is all of phase 1 not just the next building. They are fully funded for phase 1.There is NO cash shortage. They have a big stock pile of Product that they are holding in their vault that is ready for sale and or shipping. I met briefly with the project Supervisor Jeff Ayotte, and thanked him for a few moments out of his busy morning. This grow facilty he told me is fully automated. It will only take appx 26 people to run it. That means in $$$ that they will have lower costs to produce their weed. They have a fully self contained energy system that recycles all the water on site. Even their gutters are pitched to retrieve rain water. The infrastructure is beyond amazing. It resembled a nuclear reactor facility. trully incredable. He told me that there are 265 people working in shifts 24 hours a day on the buildings and was adament about the August 31st deadline. Sooo, all the things everyone is spreading about $$ and timelines being later are false. He told me what there cost per gram is going to be and I was shocked. No one can even come close. Once completion of phase 1 is done they will be starting immediately on phase 2 and expects completion by February of 2019. It will be a quicker build because the infrastructue of phase 1 is incorporated into phase 2. I saw the land right behind phase 1 that they are using. I was showed all the infastructure too.
There was a lot more that I saw and was told but I can tell you this, this company is a real player and will be a force to reckon with. I asked if I could share information that I saw and they said on certain things I could. I was only able to take a picture of the Entrance. No pictures allowed inside. He lol at me while they were pouring the concrete for one of the buildings and asked me if i wanted some shoes in return for pictures. I declined. I can tell you this, I am not a pumper but I will be buying on Monday more shares. I am long on this company, too many good things are happening. When rec hits in October thay will be fully loaded to supply. And continue to supply.. Hope this helps a few of you gain some confidence.
