Please, get off your holier than though soapbox.  What you can't argue is what would have happened had the board been replaced because there is no way of knowing that.  There was, very much so, the possiblity of an immediate default on the loans and therefore bankruptcy.  The reality is this was never going to be an immediate turn around.  Anyone who thinks otherwise has no grasp on reality.
