i am not a frequent user of Stock house but like many on this site I have felt the pain of the HVI crash in early fro of this year, 90k loss to be exact!
any news on the class action suit? I wrote to both OSC and IIROC with no success whatsoever. They have sommarily stated that Horigins was not at fault in any way.
the big mistery, which remains unanswered in all of my communications with OSC, IIROC, and Horizons is how the famous NVA of 2.20$ was calculated? It does not correlate with any of the other factors or indicators.
any feedback from you would be appreciated.
