Valuations???????

Valuations???????@freedom1970 can you please confirm the sales listing for the Dixonville property, if in fact it is for sale. The listing agent for the Hardeman Basin property is Detring Energy Advisors. The bid closing date was February 27, 2019. The PSA (purchase and sales agreement) date is set for mid March  2019 and the closing date (if there is a sale) is set for April 2019.

@freedom1970 what do you believe the price for the Hardeman property will be? I do understand that this is a guess, but I’m interested in seeing these numbers based on some relavent data. The per flowing barrel and the net mineral acre measures seem to support $60 million. Land in North Texas is solidly leasing at $500.00 per acre with 20% royalty to the landowner. At 80% (the company position) the value is $2,000 pma. At $2,000 with 28000 net acres, the implied value would be $56 million.
