It will never happen with Bell/Telus/Rogers but there is lots of private equity looking for a home. 


Put down the crack pipe. No one is going to acquire this. Shaw could not get private equity to take their stake at a 15% discount you think they're going to buy the whole company? Get real. There is simply too much debt here. Sorry if I sound abrasive but I am seriosuly upset at the turn of events here. The discount given is beyond absurd considering the relative strength of the stock and in context of an up market. Never seen anything like it.
