Heywood the numbers do not seem to add up. I know of several people who collectively own around 9M shares. I wonder where we can get the actual total number of shares that were voted. We should have got a much better valuation and higher interest in the new company. Now if there was some votes that were withheld or changed then it can be concluded that there is a strong possibility of collusion with the preperation of the fairness opinion and the acquiring company. Until we know the actual numbers that were voted we can only speculate.
