This is why I'm holding a small position and will continue to hold. Septa was great, but I didn't buy this for just the Pennsylvania contract revenue.

I'm waiting for California, Ontario, New York, Texas, Florida... combined population over 10 times that of Pennsylvania. Any other states where they're able to win contacts will simply be gravy.
