RE:RE:RE:RE:Less then 2 months agoAfter this 28½% reduction in distribution. ( 0.0525 to 0.0375 is -28½% ) the 2019 Q4 AFFO payout ratio would have gone down from 112.9% to 80.6%. If they will not be able to collect 2.6% of the April rent then for april the AFFO payout will be about 88%.

I personally think that this reduction of the distribution has been considered for a while now even before the latest events. I further think that PRV.UN going forwards with this reduced distribution and without the DRIP will be a finacially more solid and an attractive company to invest in. If the SP tomorrow will drop in any significant way I will sure add to my holding.
