RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RESULTS ARE OUT!I don’t own BTB but they also came out with their numbers. They only collected 79% of April rent. This would mean their quarterly AFFO will go down to $504.720,00 with a quarterly reduced distribution of $4.412.000,00……Doesn’t this give an AFFO payout ratio of about 800%???

Not going to post this on the BTB board but investors in BTB could recoup their reduction in the Div by selling BTB today and buying PRV and have shares in a company that seems financially in way better shape.
