Someone painted the tape today at 15:59 to increase the stock price post split.
Sorry buddy but there will be no investor interest in this "scam".
No investor will put their hard earned money into this Chinese fiasco of a company.
i strongly recommend that any investor interested in buying this stock should run away fast.

Look at it's trading history especially in 2017 when that Chinese insider sold hundreds of million of shares into the market for a small profit. Killed the stock. It was non stop selling by TD and Anonymous.
